Hi, there !
Welcome to my blog.
Before getting started, I would happily announce that this is my first Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Designing Post. I'm so honored to join the design team, sending my heartfelt Thanks to Simon Team and you my crafty friends !
I hope you will always enjoy the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge with us.
We are showcasing Gina K Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.
As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 gift Voucher for the Simon Says Stamp Store to one randomly selected winner !
Here is my card for the challenge inspiration.
To begin my card, I trimmed 140lb cold press watercolor paper into A2 size (4.25×5.5inch). I stamped Rose Bouquet from Gina K Design twice ( one on the top left corner and the other on the top right) using Versafine Onyx Black ink. Next, I stamped bunny from Showers & Flowers Stamp Set beneath the roses, and I began watercoloring using my Daniel Smith Watercolors.
After I finished coloring, I added splatters of dark watercolor ink and white gouache.
After they dried, I trimmed the edges of panel a little to make it look clean, then I stamped sentiment from Showers & Flowers Stamp Set using Versafine Onyx Black ink.
I foam mounted the panel onto A2 sized card base I made using Ivory Card Stock, then I finished off the card by adding Sparkling Clear Sequins Mix and 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins.
Did you enjoy it?
So now it's YOUR turn. Happy Crafting !
