This week the challenge is
Fun In The Sun
We are showcasing Mama Elephant Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would sure love to see them used!
The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp Store!
Here is my card for the challenge inspiration. I used Dandelion Wishes and 3D Pop Up Card Dies from Mama Elephant. I wanted to build a scene that little critters are having fun in the sunny field.
I stared by stamping th eDandelion Wishes images on 80lb Neenah White using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with copic markers. I then cut them all by using Dandelion Wishes Coordinating Dies.
Next, I cut Simon Says Stamp Cotton Candy Cardstock using 3D Pop Up Cards Dies. For matting papers on the wings, I cut Bristol paper by using the dies in the set, and I colored them with distress inks.
I used Peeled Paint for green, Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold for Coral.
Once I assembled the 3d pop up box, I adhered my images where I wanted to place. Take a closer look at those wings where I built small lovely scenes.
When you flat down the card with front wings folded down, you could also see a fun & adorable scene wide.
So now it's YOUR turn.
Happy Crafting !
You have until Wed 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in.
New creations only, please don't link projects published before the start of the challenge, Only 5 new creations will be eligible in the prize draw.

For the sentiment on the front wing, I used another stamp set by Mama Elephant, which is Tea with Friend Set.
This is the outer surface of the card when you unfold the front wings. Isn't it amazing that all the various dies used here are from just one dies set? I really love the Mama Elephant's 3D Pop Up Box Card Dies.
Papers I used are Simon Says Stamp Cotton Candy, Lemon Chiffon, Slate Gray Card Stock, My Favorite Things Home Spun Gingham 6x6, and Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Spring 6x6.
As a final embellishment, I added 4mm Ballerina Pink Sequins.
