Here is my card for challenge inspiration. I used Big Words Thanks stamp set.
I made a very simple watercolor card this time and it did take an hour or so for me.
This card doesn't need to be explained in detail, I just stamped, watercolored, and splattered, and then I stamped sentiment, diecut, and foam mounted the panel on a card card base.
Supplies I used are as follows.
Simon Says Stamp Sketch Lotus Flowers, Smoke Grey Card Stock, Pretty Pink Posh Gold Sequins , 3mm Sparkling Clear Sequins, May Arts Natural Twine, Daniel Smith Watetcolors (Quinacridone Coral, Quinacridone Magenta, Quinacridone Gold, Rose of Ultramarine, Sap Green, etc) , Versafine Onyx Black Ink

These flowers are perfect with the large sentiment, Marge - lovely design!
ReplyDeleteI really like the large sentiment you used. Sometimes sentiments are so small they get lost & when you really want to make a statement, big & bold font fits the bill. I think your watercolouring of the lotus flowers is just lovely. CAS which I love,.

This is gorgeous, Marge. I LOVE the whole design. You make watercoloring look so easy! That image is perfectly paired with the Big Words stamp set and the twine just brings it all together perfectly. I REALLY like this card.
